![]() ![]() I have a dell latitude d610 on xp pro - after using driverrobot to do a full system driver update (highly recomended though regardless of the ensuing problem I think - solution below) my ALPS touchpad buttons stopped working - I figured twas a driver issue right, so I tried updating/reinstalling through windows and through the dell site, and 1 in device manger and it seems have compatibility issue with touchpad. ![]() Some apps, particularly older ones, may not be able to recognize a click from the touchpad. If the touchpad connects to the Windows 10 device using Bluetooth and stops working properly, its batteries might be running out of power. I had the same problem recently and i fixed the problem by installing IO driver. In the search box, click on the Device Manager and locate the driver for or touchpad. My laptop decided to install the new Cumulative Update (KB3081424) but it really screwed up my mouse and touchpad. ![]() Now it work and windows haven't ask me for any update. ![]()
